# License & Usage Terms

## 1. License grant

After purchase, Your Grace Agency grants the original purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the included templates, prompts, checklists, and guides for the purchaser’s own business operations and client-service work.

You may customize the materials, use them in your internal tools, and use resulting workflows while serving your own clients.

## 2. What you may not do

You may not:

- resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, publish, or give away the original files or substantially similar copies as standalone templates, prompt packs, or toolkits;
- claim authorship of the original kit or remove Your Grace Agency attribution from unmodified files;
- use the kit to create a competing downloadable automation-template product;
- share one purchase across separate businesses, agencies, or client organizations as a shared resource library;
- use the materials for unlawful activity or to bypass another service’s rules, privacy protections, or security controls.

## 3. Client work

You may use the kit to build or advise on workflows for a client as part of your paid services. Deliver the *resulting configured workflow or documentation* to that client, not the original downloadable kit files. Each separate business that needs direct access to the original kit should purchase its own license.

## 4. No guarantees or professional advice

The kit is educational and operational guidance, not legal, tax, accounting, security, employment, medical, or financial advice. Automation results depend on your tools, data, settings, approvals, permissions, and review practices. Your Grace Agency does not guarantee compatibility, uninterrupted operation, revenue, time savings, results, or compliance with any particular law or platform policy.

You are responsible for testing workflows, maintaining human oversight, protecting personal information, and complying with applicable agreements, laws, and platform terms.

## 5. AI and third-party tools

Some prompts can be used with AI services and templates can be implemented in third-party automation platforms. Those services are not included with this purchase. Review their pricing, permissions, data handling, and terms before using them. Do not place credentials, payment data, or unnecessary confidential information into an AI prompt or workflow payload.

## 6. Updates and support

Your purchase includes the files delivered in version 1.0. Updates, additional templates, implementation help, and platform troubleshooting are not promised unless Your Grace Agency explicitly offers them in writing. If you need help locating a file or believe a delivered file is corrupted, contact the storefront’s listed support channel with your order details.

## 7. Intellectual property

Your Grace Agency retains all rights, title, and interest in the original kit content, brand elements, and documentation. This license gives you permission to use the materials; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

## 8. Refunds and delivery issues

Digital-product refund and support handling follows the storefront policy shown at purchase. For a delivery problem, retain your order confirmation and report the issue promptly through the listed support channel.

## 9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. On termination, stop using and delete the original kit files and copies under your control. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits continue to apply.

## 10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Grace Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this kit. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the kit.

## 11. Questions

For purchase or file-delivery questions, use the support contact provided through the Your Grace Agency storefront. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive financial information in a support request.
